Call-Out Service
We offer this service for our regular clients. We have a dedicated duty contract manager who will take your call and dispatch the appropriate disciplines to deal with the problem. Occasionally where the problem cannot be fully resolved during the emergency visit we will return to site as appropriate to complete any repairs.

Rates – Effective from 2017 – Exclusive of VAT
- We have a one hour minimum charge and charge per half hour thereafter.
- Cancellations – 50% of the booked time will be chargeable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the job.
- Parking and congestion will be charged in addition to the labour charge.
- Materials are charged in addition.
Handyman Service: £69.00 per hour
Qualified Electrician: £79.00 per hour
Qualified Plumber: From £79.00 per hour

No call-out fee. Minimum charge 1 hour. Free quotes available.
Emergency and Sunday call outs incur a £75 fee on top of the hourly rate.
